LAWYERS AND JOURNALISTS – NATURAL BEDFELLOWS OR ENEMIES?

LAWYERS AND JOURNALISTS – NATURAL BEDFELLOWS OR ENEMIES?
With super-injunctions threatening to clog up the courts, journalists are being gagged from telling the stories that most matter to them and sell newspapers. With celebrities around the world flocking to England to launch libel actions that would never see the light of day in their own countries, is England getting a reputation for being a celebrity "soft touch", with massive sums in damages being possible with little risk to claimant?
The Media Society asks, "Are lawyers and journalists natural bedfellows" – or does each of them just want to hog the duvet?
