We examine how UK broadcasters covered the general election – what effect did the very first prime ministerial TV debates have on the campaign and the subsequent turnout?

 

What about the coverage of the campaign itself - were the public given the information they needed to make an informed choice on the political personalities, their policies & which party to vote for?

 

COST: FREE to RTS Members and non-members.

 

VENUE: ITV - The London Studios, Upper Ground, South Bank, London SE1 9LT. Waterloo is the nearest train and tube station.
