Tom Bradby is the award-winning presenter of ITV's main news programme. Tonight, in a wide-ranging special interview, he talks about how he has tried to radically change the programme to make it much more viewer friendly. What does he think of ITV's approach to news compared with the BBC and his main rival Huw Edwards?

He will also talk frankly about his recent time off work and his battle with insomnia.

Tonight Tom drops in to talk to journalist and broadcaster Phil Harding, before heading off to present that night's programme. That's why we are starting earlier at 5.30 p.m., but it also means that within the price of your ticket for Tom, you also get the added bonus at 7 p.m. of The Media Society's Summer Party '19 with guest speaker Dorothy Byrne, Head of News and Current Affairs at Channel Four.

It should be a great double header.
