Michael is the senior partner in Reed Smith's Intellectual Property, Media, Advertising and Technology disputes group. His practice is mainly in litigation but he also advises on conflict and potential conflict situations, including crisis scenarios. He is the firm's Head of CSR for Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
