The Media Society launches Mentoring Scheme

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the Media Society’s new Mentoring Programme, which aims to connect experienced professionals with emerging talent across journalism, broadcasting, content creation, digital marketing and communications.

The Media Society is now inviting applications from mentors to join the 2026 programme. If you’re an experienced media professional eager to share your knowledge, support new talent, and help build a diverse, dynamic media community, we want to hear from you.

Mentee applications for 2026 will open later in the year. Follow our LinkedIn page for updates.

Programme highlights:

The programme is led by the Media Society Vice President Susan Morton and supported by TMS member Sue Ellis, the Society’s President Nigel Dacre, and TMS Council members Alex Sinker, Charlotte Henry and Peter Walker.
